THE PRODUCTS: Goods supplied are sourced from numerous sources locally and overseas. It is our policy to purchase from reputable suppliers in order to assure that the products are of the highest quality.
PRICES: The prices shown on the website are current as set by the suppliers and can be subject to change due to factors which can effect cost prices including material cost rises, shortages and currency variations, etc. The intention is to maintain and published prices that align with suppliers R.R.P and industry standard pricing. Prices are therefore subject to change without notice.
OWNERSHIP Goods and Services supplied by Frequent Harmonics OF GOODS: remain the property of Frequent Harmonics, in accordance with the retention of title clause, until goods supplied are paid for by the customer. This includes repaired goods also.
LIABILITY: The use of the products purchased is beyond our control or supervision. We therefore cannot accept any liability for losses or consequential damage to any goods or equipment.
Although Frequent Harmonics does not manufacture the goods sold, we do ensure that the products are of the highest quality however in a rare event of a product being faulty, we will make a claim to our supplier on your behalf. Each supplier have their own policy on returned goods which range from repair to replacement after inspection.
DANGEROUS Orders with goods which are restricted, such as some batteries, GOODS: aerosols or isopropanol products must be sent by road.
BACK ORDERS: If product is not in supply Frequent Harmonics will contact the customer to create an outcome that benefits the customer this could be by either waiting on back orders to arrive, choosing another product or Exchange of money.
Postage:
DELIVERY: Delivery and handling charges apply to all orders. The prices quoted are for deliveries in Australia using selected transport companies and Australia Post.
MAIL PRICES: Have been and are in correlation with Australia Post price, products generally either fit in a satchel or parcel. Below is the prices that have been set by Australia Post

* Please Note: The above prices are for standard products to standard delivery areas. Bulky products and delivery to remote and special areas will incur additional charges.
* Frequent Harmonics can not take liability once delivery service has product.
* Frequent Harmonics will always ensure that products are sent without damage and stock controlled, however if damaged due to delivery from third party we do not take liability.
* However Frequent Harmonics will always endeavour to use respectful and reliable delivery services
Refunds & Exchanges:
GOODS If goods are to be returned it is essential that you contact Frequent RETURNED: Harmonics for further instruction on returning policies and protocols:

* There is a cooling off period of 3 days after order has been requested after this
* All goods to be returned must be freight prepaid and accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
* Return items must be authorised by Frequent Harmonics with clear instruction of reasons of the return and must include original receipts, documentations of purchase and clear contact details. Parcels that don't meet these requirements will not be accepted or will be returned.
* Faulty goods will be replaced or repaired only
* Goods purchased incorrectly or no longer required are not able to be returned. * Returned products must be sent back in the original packaging and same as new condition they were received in; That is without tape/text marks, physical damage to box, etc.
* Ensure that all items are returned including any parts, accessories and instructions that were included with the original product.
Hire:
* If customer is hiring on behalf of a business or organisation you confirm that you have the necessary authority to enter into this contract on behalf of that business organization, customer will be held accountable for any losses and expense which may be incurred if this is not the case.
* Frequent Harmonics reserve the right to decline some or all of your order, for any reason.
* Frequent Harmonics reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time due to business or outside reasons.
* Ways the customer may place their hire order with Frequent Harmonics is via:

- In person
* Frequent Harmonics will organise quotes that will be confirming the following information:
- Equipment that will be hired
- All costs including, installation, delivery and appropriate charges to deliver customers desired outcome
- Dates that products and tasks are to be implemented
- Any Installment payments or deposits that may occur prior service delivery
- Delivery or pick-up dates and times and drop off or Frequent Harmonics collection of hire equipment
* Frequent Harmonics charges either on an hourly rate or day/night rate, as well as utilise 3rd party labour hire when applicable. Frequent Harmonics will not charge extra costs for 3rd party labour hire.
* Frequent Harmonics will also communicate any requirements needed to fulfil the customers desired outcome and outline any restrictions or guidelines to implementing the task at hand
* Any contracts and full agreements will be formed once client or customer has confirmed the quote with Frequent Harmonics or if installment and down payments have been confirmed and implemented
* Quote is open to be accepted for duration that has been provided on quote or up to 30 days of receiving quote
* If additional equipment is required after organization of quotes then this will be seen as separate tasks and their fore will incur additional task quotes
* Generally Frequent Harmonics has a set 10:00AM return policy of the date that is given for receiving the item, this is to be adhered to and extra costs may apply or loss of deposit may become forfeit to Frequent Harmonics
* On return of products to Frequent Harmonics we expect to receive products in the same working order as when purchased. Costs may occur or loss of deposit if products are received needing cleaning, repairing, replacing or not in good working condition. In addition Frequent Harmonics holds the right to charge for the duration that the item is not able to be in service and costs of tasks that are required to rectify set issue. This also includes any cabling or parts needed in addition to the hired item
* All equipment hires and services are to be paid in full prior to collection or task, this includes deposits and additional costs
* All hires and services are to be paid prior to collection, services and deliveries
* Frequent Harmonics will negotiate other ways of payment or time line payment in situations where events and tasks deem applicable
* Cancellations are to be submitted to Frequent Harmonics 24 Hours prior delivery or pick-up and customers will still be charged for services to be delivered
* Cancelation of equipment or unused equipment during the period of pick-up or deliveries will not be noticed and will still be charged as original quote
* In the situation where Frequent Harmonics cannot fulfill the task set due to client, venue, third party and non compatibilities will still be charged in full
* Frequent Harmonics accepts payments by cash, credit card, bank transfer, cheque and money order
* Frequent Harmonics will deliver and pick up when it has been organised prior to the hire or task being taken place
* The third party, hirer of the equipment is responsible for any damages and is accountable for any damages or liabilities that may occur.
* Picking up of equipment must be completed in appropriate transport or refusal of equipment will be implemented
* In the situation that Frequent Harmonics does not feel that Equipment may not be traveled appropriately or misuse on pick up or delivery Frequent Harmonics will not allow task until issues are addressed
* Frequent Harmonics will endeavour to deliver equipments and tasks on time, though in the circumstance that delivery or task is late we will ensure to deliver as soon as possible
* Frequent Harmonics may need to inspect or request certain information about event or work site to ensure requirements can be met and for certain implication
* Frequent Harmonics will not deliver or leave equipment to anyone that can not prove they are over 18 years old, the card holder also accepts responsibility and becomes guarantor of the equipment
* If payments are not paid by dates and times set in quote Frequent Harmonics reserves the right to charge reasonable collection fees and interest on any outstanding amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month to be calculated from due date of payment until payment has been delivered or judged
Insurance:
* Any Costomer or client that commits to utilising the services of Frequent Harmonics are also subject to uphold insurance documents and any actions that is against the agreements will be prosectuted and be held responsible for any legal obligation

Cyber Exclusion Endorsement
It is hereby noted and agreed that the following clause is added to Exclusions under the Policy:
Cyber Events
any Cyber Event, or arising directly or indirectly out of, or in any way related to a Cyber Event.
For the purposes of this Exclusion, the following definitions are added to the Policy:
Cyber Event means any:
1. Damage to, loss, destruction, corruption, theft, unauthorized or negligent processing, collection, recording, retrieval, disclosure, dissemination, disposal or loss of operational control of personal information in any form;
2. Loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of personal information (personal data) or confidential information (other than information that is lawfully available in the public domain or to the general public unless such information which had been publically available became uniquely identifiable through collection and/or processing);
3. Unauthorized access to or use of any personal information (personal data) or confidential information other than information that is lawfully available in the public domain or to the general public unless such information which had been publically available became uniquely identifiable through collection and/or processing) occurring in the Insured’s Computer System;
4. Non-physical and technological failure of computer system security or other technological security measures aimed at protecting data in any format;
5. Malicious direction of network traffic, introduction of malicious computer code, or other malicious attack directed at, occurring within, or utilizing the Insured’s Computer System; and/or
6. Breach of laws and regulations pertaining to privacy and resulting from items 1., 2., 3., 4., and 5., above.
Insured’s Computer System means a computer system leased, owned or operated by or which is made available or accessible to the insured company for the purpose of storing and processing the insured company’s electronic data or software.
All other terms and conditions remain unaltered.
